Apple tree branches - Sugar glider diet

Yesterday I fed my gliders freshly cut apple tree branches with small flowers on it. My gliders loved them - just LOVED them. We got them from a friend who just cut his apple tree a few hours earlier. We actually got two bags of them and I have placed the rest in two buckets with a little water in the bottom. I hope to keep the branches fresh as long as possible.

Apple branches were recommended by the vet. I have giving apple tree branches to my gliders before but never with the newly blossomed small flowers. I was told these flowers were ideal. So did my gliders think.

Futhermore I went to reptil-fare yesterday and got a LOT of grasshoppers - both medium and large. I will feed them a lot of grass, fruit etc. and my gliders will get nicely fat grasshoppers :)

Hope you will all have a great sunday :)
